Kick off your festive season with Christmas in the Railway Village! For one day only, you can meet Santa in Swindon at the Victorian Parlour of the Railway Village Museum, 34 Faringdon Road. This is a unique opportunity for families and children to experience Christmas in a historic setting.
Children will love chatting with Santa about how Christmas has changed in Swindon, and each visit costs just £3.50, including a small gift.
Victorian Parlour at 34 Faringdon RoadWhile waiting to meet Santa in Swindon, you can enjoy a range of free activities at the nearby Central Community Centre in Emlyn Square. These include craft workshops, games, and browsing local stalls.
Looking for a tasty treat? Visit the Community Centre café for a slice of homemade cake, a traditional mince pie, or a hot drink to warm up. These refreshments will be available for a small donation, and all proceeds will support local community initiatives.

Accessibility:
The museum will be visible with flags and signage. The victorian Parlour is on the ground floor of the museum which can be accessed via our portable ramp. There is limited space within the museum and the first floor can only be accessed via stairs that are a little steep. Please take care.
