Mechanics' Institution Trust

Bringing our heritage
back to life

Who we are

Since 1995, The Mechanics’ Institution Trust have been working to restore the precious historic buildings and places that tell Swindon’s story.

We believe that heritage spaces play a vital role in today’s society, and can be used to create unique, enjoyable places for everyone. We’re only just getting started!
