Improving our housing services
Tenant events
We are inviting tenants to a series of tenant engagement events in June 2025. You will be able to hear more about the improvements we are making to our housing services, ask questions and tell us what matters most to you.
Find out about our Housing Asset Management Strategy 2025-2030 (PDF) and planned £250 million investment over the next five years to improve and refurbish council homes. This includes upgrades to roofs, kitchens, bathrooms and windows.
You can also share feedback on our tenant handbook and the information we share with you. There will also be an opportunity to speak to our teams about any issues with your property or tenancy.
