My name is Sally Cole and I am a Trustee and Treasurer of the organisation.
I began working for the Trust in 2018 having retired from the railways and various financial institutions both local and in London.
I was born in Oxford Street in the village and am old enough to remember a functioning Mechanics Institution, GWR hospital and to have had a tipple or three in the pubs around the square in their golden days.
I just want to do my best to see these great buildings on a steady pathway to restoration and community use.

Hi! I’m Abbie Rockett, a Trustee and Secretary for SHP.
I’ve lived in Swindon all my life and love anything historic and interesting. I am a working mum, working full time for Historic England in their IT department. Both my boys play football, so you can find me on the sidelines cheering them on most weekends!
I joined the Trust to help out with their Social media presence and my role has developed into being Digital Lead. I took on the role as Company Secretary last year but I do like to volunteer for events and get involved when I can.
